• Subpoenas –  $70.00
• Civil Summons – $70.00
• Garnishments – $60.00
• Executions – $60.00
• All Other Civil Process – $70.00

Civil Process Guidelines

• Summons, subpoena etc., must be signed by courts, attorneys
• Must have a physical address, not a P.O. Box
• Address must be in Daviess County
• Must have a check or cash for payment before paper can be processed

Types of Papers We Serve

The types of papers we serve include but are not limited to: summons, complaints, subpoenas, writs, orders to show cause, garnishments, divorce papers and more.

How We Serve Documents

We ensure timely delivery on all documents served. Most papers are either personally served directly onto the respondent or delivered to their dwelling house or place of business within the appropriate jurisdiction. On occasion we may also use alternate delivery methods such as certified mail or publication when required by law.
